Analogic-Corporation-1 seeks an experienced Repair Operations Leader to guide complex electro-mechanical failures from diagnostics to final verification. You will oversee technicians, coordinate priorities, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across repair builds.

The role emphasizes technical depth in electronics, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and quality teams, and a focus on continuous improvement, 6S, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or relevant field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, repair operations, or related technical environments.
• Advanced knowledge of analog and digital electronics, electro-mechanical systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems for production and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation resource for complex product failures.
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, test, and validate complex Power products and assemblies.
• Coordinate repair priorities to meet customer commitments and production schedules.
• Develop, document, and improve troubleshooting methods, repair procedures, and technical work instructions.
• Provide daily direction and mentorship to technicians; support cross-training initiatives.
• Monitor and report repair status, labor usage, and workflow performance.
• Maintain SAP records for location and status of RMA units; manage inventory control.
