Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Repair Supervisor to coordinate repair activities and lead a team of technicians on 1st shift. You will manage work orders, train staff, order parts, and ensure safety and quality standards across the repair operation.

Daily tasks include directing wiring and assembly of subassemblies for electronic systems, communicating with customers, and striving for efficient turnaround times. This role requires electronics certification, hands-on soldering experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Electronics certification required.
• Experience in circuit board soldering required.
• Previous technical management/leadership experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing, repairing, and refurbishing products.
• Supervise repair technicians and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Direct work of employees in wiring, soldering, and assembling components.
• Mentor and coach technicians to improve skills and performance.
• Review work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Train staff and promote a safe, efficient work environment.
• Order parts and escalate complex technical issues as needed.
• Communicate repair status to customers and manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ISO 9000 standards.
