Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a maintenance professional to safeguard equipment and staff in a high-speed manufacturing setting. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults, and keep meticulous CMMS records while enforcing Lockout/Tagout and 5S standards.

Collaborating with the Production Manager and Senior Operator, you will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across shifts and plant teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to perform production operator duties when needed.
• Strong problem solving, teamwork, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Lockout/Tagout and correct hazards proactively.
• Execute PMs and convert findings into action; maintain CMMS records.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical faults; support tooling changes.
• Support housekeeping and 5S standards; communicate risks and improvements.
• Collaborate with Production Manager on equipment training and uptime goals.
