Corrugated Supplies Co. is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician (PM) to support the Bedford Park, IL facility.

The role focuses on preventative maintenance, setup, installation, dismantling, troubleshooting and repair of equipment used to manufacture corrugated sheets. Working a 36-hour but paid for 40-hour schedule, this full-time night shift runs 7 pm–7 am on rotating days (Wednesday–Friday and Friday–Sunday).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College coursework or certification recommended.
• 5+ years mechanical and electrical experience in manufacturing.
• Corrugated industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed corrugating machines, conveyors, and robotics.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, bearings and gearboxes.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and lead work orders; train team members.
• Read and interpret schematics; adhere to OSHA regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safe, efficient operations.
