Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical skills.
• PLC experience and HVAC are a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for industrial machinery.
• MIG and stick welding; TIG welding with other materials is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test/adjust equipment.
• Operate lift truck and maintain safety training; support mold change activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Maintain parts and supply inventory; report unusual situations.
