LeoForce is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician II in Huntington Beach, CA. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment, including PLC-controlled machinery, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and rapid breakdown repairs.

Two shifts available: 2nd shift 3:30pm–11:30pm and 3rd shift 11:00pm–7:30am. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing technical development are provided to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Formal electrical training from technical school, apprenticeship, military program or similar recognized training.
• 5+ years hands-on industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting using meters and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and ladder logic diagnostics.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Preventive maintenance and breakdown/emergency repairs on production equipment.

Job Details

What You’ll Need

• Formal electrical training through a technical school, apprenticeship, military technical program, industrial electrical/automation coursework, or similar recognized training.
• 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, or a combination of relevant technical education and experience.
• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience using meters and diagnostic equipment.
• Hands-on experience with PLC-controlled equipment, including connecting to PLCs, monitoring ladder logic and using PLC diagnostics to troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot from electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience performing both preventive maintenance and breakdown/emergency repairs on production equipment.

Preferred

• Experience maintaining injection molding, compression molding, rotational molding, blow molding or other plastics manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with industrial robotics and automated production equipment.
• Familiarity with Haitian, JSW, Husky, Star, Yushin, Ferry, Conair, Una-Dyn or Matsui equipment.
• Welding, machining or fabrication experience.
• CMMS experience.
