Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical control systems.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment such as winders, slitters, presses, injection molding or metal forming equipment, and material handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and document in CMMS.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings and equipment schematics; support safety policies (OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO).
• Repair or rebuild mechanical components such as gearboxes, rollers, pumps, actuators, and alignments; fabricate basic brackets or guards.
