Cornerstone Building Brands in Cary, NC is hiring a Maintenance Technician III for the 3rd shift to support manufacturing operations. You will diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment, perform setup changes, and maintain critical systems to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 3–7 years in manufacturing maintenance, plus proficiency with electrical safety, blueprints, and PLCs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 3–7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Proficient with Word and Excel
• Able to read blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of PLCs and electrical safety
• Willing to train Level I/II technicians

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems
• Perform equipment setup changes and control adjustments
• Repair mechanical components and electrical circuits
• Troubleshoot PLC I/O and sensor issues
• Enter work in maintenance program and monitor parts usage
• Train junior technicians and comply with safety policies
