Job summary

Campbell's in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to ensure safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will apply electrical, mechanical and automation expertise to maximize uptime and support production goals in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment inspections, and calibration to OEM specs, with training and safety programs emphasized.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, and relay logic.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting experience in electrical, mechanical and electronic domains.
• Ability to read technical documentation including blueprints, schematics, P&IDs and drawings.
• Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, repair, troubleshoot, and improve facility and production equipment.
• Minimize downtime and support production by ensuring equipment reliability.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Inspect, rebuild, calibrate, and adjust equipment to OEM specs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control systems.
• Perform NEC-compliant electrical installations and repairs.
• Utilize testing equipment (voltmeters, meggers, ohm meters) for diagnostics.
• Document maintenance in the CMMS and conduct root cause analyses.
