Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment at our Goodyear facility. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance across plant systems to maximize uptime and uphold GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and documentation in CMMS, with a rotating shift schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and electronic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, P&IDs and drawings.
• Experience with electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety standards applicable to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and improve facility and production equipment.
• Minimize downtime and support production reliability.
• Complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Inspect, calibrate, and adjust equipment to OEM specs.
• Troubleshoot multiple control systems including electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic.
• Perform electrical installations per NEC requirements.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and track work orders.
• Conduct root cause and failure analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Apply predictive maintenance techniques to address issues.
