Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE in Goodyear, Arizona seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain and repair production equipment, utilities, and facilities while ensuring uptime, product quality, and safety.

The role requires troubleshooting expertise, preventive maintenance, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including SAP data entry and documentation in the SAP system.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong background in industrial control systems, AllenBradley PLC troubleshooting, servo systems, and VFDs.
• Experience troubleshooting food manufacturing equipment (dough mixers, conveyors, ovens, cookers, packaging).
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service production lines, prep areas, storage areas, chillers, and safety systems.
• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Calibrate and adjust process equipment to OEM specifications.
• Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance programs.
