Job summary

Campbell's is seeking an EM Techs to perform advanced electrical duties in our facility. You will lead maintenance on the assigned line, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and maintain compliance with safety and reliability standards.

The role requires knowledge of electrical codes, risk assessment, and the ability to coordinate with training teams. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:20 AM.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Campbell's Technical Programs & Policies.
• LOTO, Electrical Safety, Arc Flash.
• Understanding of the National Electric Code.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and identify repair needs.
• Basic OHM’s Law and circuit fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and lead maintenance on the assigned line.
• Evaluate line performance and plan work leveraging electrical and mechanical procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain maintenance records and pass-on failures.
• Coordinate training with PIT Crew and Training Department.
• Participate in quality, safety, and reliability investigations.
