Ingersoll Rand Inc. in Warminster, PA, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on the Milton Roy line.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, quick troubleshooting, and supporting line startups. You will install and commission new equipment with engineers and contractors, perform inspections up to 440V, use JD Edwards and standard office tools, and help ensure daily production targets are met on 1st

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Hands-on problem solver capable of lifting 35 lbs.
• Able to work solo or with a crew and operate equipment safely.
• Comfortable with time management and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own preventive maintenance with weekly and monthly inspections.

You step in—multimeter in hand—to isolate an electrical fault, correct a hydraulic imbalance, and return the cell to full speed. Later, you prep for a new line installation, validating primary electrical requirements up to 440V, checking mechanical alignment, and coordinating with contractors and engineers so startup goes smoothly.
