Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Tulsa, OK is looking for a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, with a focus on preventing downtime and safe operation.

You will service mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, read schematics and manuals, and maintain maintenance records. A minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance and a GED are preferred, with strong tooling and safety skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment and production machinery.
  • Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, low-voltage control, motor control, and three-phase power systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.
  • Proficiency with common hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and work-order systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance activities including standing, bending, climbing, and reaching.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, responding to equipment issues, and helping ensure safe, reliable operation of manufacturing processes.
