Job summary

DOC Services, Inc. is seeking Field Service Maintenance Technicians (Floater) to service a variety of light industrial equipment at big box retailers within a 3-hour radius of the service market.

The role requires traveling overnight for part of each month and performing preventative maintenance and reactive service repairs. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, perform maintenance, and use hand and power tools on-site, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then providing a solution
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers
