Job Description

• Responsible for all warehouse machinery preventive and predictive maintenance with a high degree of skill and competency.
• Must have strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledgeable of AC/DC circuits, wiring diagrams, and electrical safety.
• Knowledgeable of wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Knowledgeable of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Performs maintenance on equipment, maintaining PM checklists and other documentation.
• Knowledgeable of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Performs building inspections.
• Prepares documents such as maintenance records and reports.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods on hard surfaces in non-climate-controlled areas (at times).
• Maintains supply and materials inventory.
• Able to handle physical and mental workload.
• Able to focus on deadlines and attention to detail.
• Able to maintain outstanding attendance and punctuality.
• Able to use computers mainly for MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Does not need to supply own tools.
• No excessive overtime; day shift only; Monday - Friday (weekends only during emergencies).
