The Mechanical Design role involves owning hardware design from concept to production, integrating thermal management, RF hardware, PCBAs, and cabling. You’ll prototype rapidly and support critical customer demonstrations while traveling to test sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical design experience required.
• BSME, MS or PhD in a related engineering field.
• Experience with immersive technical projects.
• CAD skills and ability to produce high-quality drawings.
• Hands-on fabrication skills and quick root-cause ability.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware design from requirements through production.
• Design mechanical systems with thermal, RF, PCBAs integration.
• Prototype rapidly to identify issues and iterate.
• Support customer-facing hardware demos and gather requirements.
• Travel to test sites as needed.
