Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Electromechanical Engineer to lead system integration of power, control, and harnessing into rugged, field-ready products at our Costa Mesa, CA HQ. You will supervise enclosure and harness design, collaborate across electrical, software, and mechanical teams, and push for robust, manufacturing-ready solutions.

With 3+ years in electromechanical roles, you will apply strong thermal, structural, and signal integrity fundamentals to create reliable systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience in electromechanical integration, hardware design, or systems engineering.
• Experience integrating electrical components into rugged mechanical assemblies.
• Experience with cabling design, wiring harness integration, and interfacing for extreme/military-grade use.
• Strong engineering fundamentals across thermal, structural, materials, power distribution, and signal integrity.
• Proficient CAD skills and ability to produce manufacturing-ready drawings.
• BS/MS/PhD in engineering; must be a U.S. Person for export-controlled access.
• Onsite work at our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration of power, control, and harnessing subsystems into finished products.
• Design durable mechanical hardware, enclosures, and cable assemblies for harsh environments.
• Develop harness routing schemes and mounting strategies for reliable interconnects.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and mechanical engineers to test and validate systems.
• Contribute to a high-performing product team with rapid iteration and technical excellence.
• Travel to field exercises and work alongside warfighters for feedback and improvement.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to production with manufacturing alignment.
