Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Production & Assembly Technician in Austin, TX to assemble and test electromechanical products, read electrical schematics, and perform testing and QC tasks. The role focuses on NIR analyzer panels, flow cells, and fiber‑optic components in a fast-paced production setting.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent hands‑on experience, 4+ years of relevant work, and proficiency with a multimeter, electrical testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands‑on technical experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience assembling and testing electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, or fluid‑handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble NIR analyzer control panels, flow cells, fiber‑optic cables, and other electromechanical products according to procedures and drawings.
• Perform electrical assembly, wiring, cabling, component installation, and mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform electrical acceptance testing and functional testing of components and assemblies.
• Perform optical testing of fiber‑optic cables and approve products for shipment.
• Use a multimeter to perform electrical measurements and troubleshooting.
• Work safely with 120VAC electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes in assemblies.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment and tools.
• Perform quality inspections and document test results and non‑conformances.
