Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a production assembler for the Ladysmith, Wisconsin site. The role focuses on mechanical assembly, safety compliance, and ensuring quality across daily manufacturing tasks. You will operate hand and pneumatic tools, support molding operations, and assist with documentation.

The position reports to the Production Supervisor and requires willingness to work a 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00 pm–7:00 am) with regular overtime (10–20 hours/week).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Overtime is common; ability to work 10–20 hours overtime weekly.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform mechanical assembly and general manufacturing tasks.
• Operate hand and pneumatic tools and lifting equipment.
• Complete basic computer tasks for production and documentation.
• Maintain clean work area and support cross‑department tasks.
• Assist with quality checks and preventive maintenance as needed.
