Job summary

TransMedics, Inc. is seeking an at-the-line assembler to perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical assembly on Perfusion modules. You will work under minimal supervision to meet production targets while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining kanban stock, assisting engineers with troubleshooting, and supporting Lean and Safety initiatives. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow assembly instructions and maintain quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical assembly.
• Meet production targets without compromising safety and quality.
