TransMedics, Inc. is seeking an entry to mid-level Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Andover, MA. You will perform sub-assemblies and full assembly operations for the Perfusion modules, following manufacturing docs and safety standards to meet production targets.

You will collaborate with teammates to maintain line pace, troubleshoot with guidance, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes hands-on building and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in electro-mechanical assembly or related field.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing documentation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock in kanban locations and escalate before material runs out.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of assembly processes and equipment.
• Follow instructions from engineers and implement prototype changes.
• Support Lean, Health and Safety initiatives.
• Ensure work meets quality and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper documentation.
