Job summary

Under minimal supervision, you will follow manufacturing documentation, support production targets, and maintain safety and quality. You will collaborate with engineers and supervisors, participate in training, and help with documentation, lean initiatives, and non-conforming material processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years electro-mechanical assembly experience desired.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing documentation.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical/electro-mechanical components per manufacturing docs.
• Maintain production pace while ensuring safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot assembly processes under guidance of engineers and supervisors.
• Support Lean and safety initiatives and document production activity.
• Initiate Non-Conforming Material (NCMR) when applicable.
