Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Skilled in complex electromechanical assembly.
• Safe handling of PCBs and electronic components.
• Ability to solder and use basic electronic test equipment.
• Experience with Medical Device documentation (DHR) preferred.
• Capable of independent and team problem-solving.
• Must assemble complex assemblies with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test a medical device including main console and hand piece.
• Meet production demands within the work cell.
• Ensure final products meet quality objectives and specs.
• Record-keeping during assembly, inspection, and repair.
• Collaborate with QA on non-conformances.
• Provide technical support for equipment/process yields, TPM and safety.
• Assist in creating and maintaining work instructions and docs.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Adhere to quality and compliance standards for equipment use.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with production, QA, QC, engineering, validation, and maintenance.
