Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking an Advanced Electrical Assembler for the 1st shift in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role involves assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies, performing advanced wiring and troubleshooting, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or electro-mechanical assembly environment, with a strong focus on quality and safety. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with technician coursework or AA degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or electro-mechanical assembly environment.
• Experience with wiring, cable routing, and troubleshooting preferred.
• Experience with testing or leak testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
• Read and interpret work instructions, assembly prints, and electrical schematics.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and bench equipment to complete builds.
• Perform standard testing and troubleshooting on assemblies.

Skills

Proficient in advanced assembly and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems

Ability to read and interpret assembly prints, electrical schematics, and blueprints

Strong working knowledge of cable routing and harnessing

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment

Understanding of quality standards and inspection practices

Basic GD&T knowledge

Effective communication skills

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Some technician coursework and/or AA technical degree
