Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an assembler to join the Onsite manufacturing team. You will assemble electronic units, verify parts, and perform a range of repetitive and non-repetitive tasks across multiple areas to keep production flowing.

The role requires at least a HS diploma and 1 year in electronic assembly or aerospace manufacturing; training on first/second shift before moving to third. You may lift up to 40 lbs and wear PPE daily.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/ technical education with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with electronic assembly
• Experience in the aerospace industry

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic units and identify correct parts/materials.
• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations across multiple areas.
• Monitor output quality and discard or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records for performance analysis.
• Perform final tests as necessary.
