Job summary

OmniCleanAir LLC in Monroe, WA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler I to assemble electronic and electromechanical products, following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. You will use hand, pneumatic, and power tools to build sub-assemblies and finished products with attention to quality.

You will review drawings, fit components, and help maintain tooling and equipment while contributing to lean manufacturing and process improvements in a hands-on team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electromechanical fabrication and assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and schematics.
• Interest in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Transform materials and sub-assemblies into finished products per drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure safety and maintain high productivity and quality targets.
• Adhere to cycle times and assist with process improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance and tooling to keep equipment in good condition.
