• Familiar with quality standards and ESD-safe procedures.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and work from drawings and wiring diagrams to determine assembly duties and material needs.
• Assemble electronic/mechanical products and subassemblies using hand tools and soldering equipment.
• Inspect and test assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare soldering surfaces and perform trimming and finishing as required.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances.
• Document processes and participate in continuous improvement activities.
