Job summary

Dukane IAS LLC in Kimberly, Wisconsin, is seeking an Experienced Assembly Technician to join our ultrasonic assembly team. You will assemble electronic and mechanical products in a self-directed, fast-paced, team-based environment, following blueprints and the Dukane Quality System.

Responsibilities include wiring and soldering, reading drawings, using hand tools and power tools, coordinating with supervisors, and training other operators while maintaining quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• High school degree required or equivalent.
• Shop math/reading skills required.
• Mechanical and/or electrical background preferred.
• Read and understand blue prints strongly preferred.
• Two to three years wiring/soldering/assembly experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire and solder products following procedures and drawings.
• Operate hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Read drawings/methods to ensure correct assembly.
• Complete daily transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with supervisor on materials and information needed.
• Consult with engineering before changing procedures.
• Set up and move materials to/from the work station.
• Perform tasks without constant supervision.
• Assist or train other operators in assembly/testing/troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with the Dukane Quality System.
