Aerotek is seeking an Electronic Assembler in Spring, TX for a full-time, contract-to-hire role. The position focuses on assembling electronic components per detailed schematics, performing SMT soldering on PCBs, and using hand tools and measuring devices to ensure quality.

You will troubleshoot processes and collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and safety. The role operates on a typical Monday–Friday schedule in a manufacturing setting, requiring steel-toe footwear and strict

Competenze

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in electronic assembly or a closely related field.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and blueprints for accurate assembly.

Mansioni

• Assembling electronic components and systems per schematics and specs.
• Perform SMT soldering on PCBs and other components.
• Use calipers and ohmmeters to verify accuracy and alignment.
• Fabricate parts as needed and maintain quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and wire components into complete systems.
• Troubleshoot assembly processes and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team on process improvements and safety.
• Support integration of logic controllers when required.
