Summary

Aeroseal is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assist in building moderate to complex electro-mechanical assemblies in a low volume, make-to-stock environment. The role involves building, testing, and configuring products.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 2-3 years electro-mechanical assembly experience
• 2-3 years crimping and soldering experience with ability to produce high-quality joints
• Ability to follow verbal, written, or visual instructions
• Ability to reprioritize workload and adapt plans to meet production schedules with minimal supervision
• Experience building subassemblies and cross-training/mentoring team members
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and fixtures
• Self-inspection skills and knowledge of quality standards
• Understanding of BOMs and parts required for production
• High attention to detail and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Building, testing, and configuring moderate to complex electro-mechanical assemblies

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated pay range is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, 401K with match, paid parental leave, stock options, on-site fitness, tuition reimbursement, flexible PTO, and more.
