Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI, is seeking an Automotive Cooling System Design and Release Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of cooling components for electrified vehicles. You will design, validate, and release parts like hoses, heaters, valves, and pumps for gas and electrified platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, and drive verification plans and risk assessments while ensuring performance, safety, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in automotive cooling design and release for electrified vehicles.
• Experience leading design verification and risk management (DFMEA).

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation, and release of cooling components for electrified vehicles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance and safety goals.
• Develop and maintain DVP&R and DFMEA documents.
• Coordinate tasks to meet program timing milestones.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and delivery.
