You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, and apply APQP and DFSS to ensure robust launches, while using CAE tools to optimize designs for performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive engineering experience designing and releasing cooling system components for electrified vehicles.
• Proficiency with CATIA V5 and/or Unigraphics NX for component design and modeling.
• Experience with Vis Mockup and Team Center for collaborative design and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, validation, and release of cooling components for electrified vehicles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Create and maintain DVP&R and DFMEA documents for cooling components.
• Drive program timing milestones by coordinating tasks and resources.
• Apply APQP principles to guide development and robust product launches.
• Utilize CAE tools to optimize designs for efficiency and performance.
• Communicate designs using CATIA, NX, Vis Mockup, and Team Center.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate integration of cooling components into vehicle architecture.
