Job summary

You will develop and validate traction inverters, electric drive systems, and related components, collaborating with North American and global teams to optimize performance and efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience in electrified propulsion or power electronics.
• Experience in testing, validation, simulation, or development of electrified vehicle systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and validation of power electronics systems for current and future vehicle programs.
• Evaluate and benchmark electrified propulsion systems to identify opportunities and advantages.
• Conduct studies, testing, and data analysis to improve performance and efficiency.
• Develop and execute test plans using simulation tools and dynamometer facilities.
• Collaborate with HY-MG R&D and North American teams on technology validation.
• Prepare technical reports and present recommendations to management.
