Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- MS/PhD preferred in Internal Combustion or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of engine calibration or related experience.
- Experience with dynamometer and vehicle-level testing.
- Strong knowledge of engine control, emissions, and durability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate engine calibration strategies to meet targets.
- Conduct dynamometer and vehicle testing to evaluate performance.
- Analyze test data and optimize calibration parameters.
- Investigate and resolve performance, emissions, drivability issues.
- Benchmark competitor technologies and support future programs.
- Monitor regulations to support compliance activities.
- Collaborate with global teams on engine development and production.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate results.
