Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required; PE license preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, evaluation, and design for electrification and renewable energy initiatives.
• Provide advisory and design support for electrification across various sectors nationwide.
• Educate internal leaders on policies and funding opportunities for electrification.
• Perform financial modeling and cost-benefit analyses for projects.
• Champion R&D in green energy and lead cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with staff, researchers, vendors, and clients to advance discipline goals.
• Lead webinars and outreach activities to promote electrification initiatives.
• Support growth areas related to data centers, decarbonization, and grid modernization.
