Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; PE license.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct analysis, evaluation, design for EV fleet adoption.
• Provide electrification and renewable energy advisory to clients nationwide.
• Educate internal leaders on policies and funding opportunities for electrification.
• Lead financial modeling, cost-benefit analyses and incentive evaluation.
• Champion R&D initiatives in green/electrification/renewable energy.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing complex strategic efforts.
• Serve as a seller and doer, guiding clients in mobility space.
• Collaborate across the firm to advance the discipline.
• Mentor technical staff at varying levels.
• Collaborate with researchers, vendors, and industry peers.
• Lead webinars and technical luminescence activities.
• Support TGAs related to power for data centers and decarbonization.
