Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and a PE license.
• 12 years of related experience in electrical engineering and energy projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct analysis, evaluation, and design for electrification and renewables.
• Provide advisory services for EV fleets, microgrids, and energy storage.
• Educate internal teams on policies, funding opportunities, and market trends.
• Lead qualitative/quantitative analyses including cost-benefit and modeling.
• Mentor staff and collaborate across practices to grow the discipline.
