Under general supervision of the Manager, Electrical Maintenance, performs skilled repairs on all electrical instruments and control equipment or systems and components, including the 12,470-volt substation and associated loop system. Performs necessary maintenance on outdoor site lighting and assists with the testing of the generators and associated reporting. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all building systems and components. The incumbent is responsible for meeting work schedules, service request, preparing work orders, and ordering necessary parts by providing efficient maintenance workmanship and leadership. Oversee the one-the-job training of apprentice(s).
