Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Journeyman classification is required.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math and verbal skills are required.
• Ability to learn to use and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Ability to follow standard work processes and pursue continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead, assist, and/or instruct employees as needed.
• Shift flexibility including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical distribution systems and equipment.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot components including transformers and switch gears.
• Use blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals to complete projects.
• Complete work orders and document materials used.
• Ensure compliance with National Electric Code.
• Maintain production standards to meet demand.
• Complete paperwork, tags, and transactions accurately.
• Follow LOTO and safety protocols and operate PIT safely.
• Meet safety, delivery, quality, and cost targets daily.
• Support 5S initiatives in work areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
