Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment is seeking a maintenance technician to support electrical wiring, plumbing, welding and general facility care at our Tallmadge, OH location. The role covers electrical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and quick response to urgent issues across factory and warehouse spaces.

The position emphasizes hands-on work in construction-related tasks, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with the team to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Technical Vocational School Training.
• Apprentice or journeyman electrician certification is a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM’s in various areas of the building, warehouse and corporate offices.
• Maintain a clean, neat work atmosphere.
• Troubleshoot machinery and systems such as conveyor systems and electrical systems for building and equipment, MHE equipment, etc.
• Install new electrical piping, circuits, and wire fixtures where needed.
• Respond to off shift emergencies as needed.
• Other duties to be assigned as needed.
