The Role

The typical schedule for this position is 5 AM to 2 PM (hours may adjust seasonally). The Electrician Foreman enjoys a full‑time position based in Glendale, AZ, serving the Greater Phoenix Area.

As an Electrician Foreman, the day will start from your driveway—no office stops needed! You’ll head straight to the job site, where you’ll lead a team to plan, build, and troubleshoot electrical systems. Safety is your priority as you guide your crew, coordinate with clients and other trades, and keep the project on track. This is a working foreman position, meaning you’re not just managing—you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and setting the pace, all while ensuring the job gets done right the first time.

Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years of electrical experience
• Ability to plan, lead, and build electrical layouts
• Awareness of safety protocols on job sites
