Job Responsibilities

After your first month, you will be able to dispatch directly from home, which makes your workday even easier. During each day you will dispatch from home to job sites around the Greater Phoenix area, repairing and upgrading electrical systems in primarily commercial and industrial buildings. Your work will involve troubleshooting, installations, and ensuring everything meets safety standards. You will also be in direct contact with customers, providing quality service and representing the core values of RDS Electric.

Full‑time techs work Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work available but not required. Part‑time schedules are flexible.

Must have ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
