Facilities Management in New Albany, OH is seeking an Electrician 4 to join its Facilities Operations team. You will support critical electrical infrastructure in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power distribution, lighting, motors, VFDs, controllers, and related control systems.

The role emphasizes safety and compliance with OSHA, NEC and NFPA standards, reading electrical drawings, and documenting work.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Experience with electrical distribution systems, controls, motors and VFDs.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics and one-line diagrams.
• Working knowledge of NEC, OSHA and NFPA standards.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo or Corrigo.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, motors, VFDs, controllers, control panels, UPS, generators, and transfer equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per CMMS work orders and SOPs.
• Support electrical systems for manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and cleanroom environments with proper documentation and compliance.
• Work safely following OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, LOTO, arc flash safety practices and site programs.
• Document work, update system records, and communicate issues with maintenance teams and stakeholders.

Our client, Facilities Management, is seeking an Electrician 4 to join their team. As an Electrician 4, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting critical electrical infrastructure within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial or industrial electrical experience, extensive troubleshooting abilities, a commitment to safety and compliance, and experience maintaining power distribution and control systems in mission-critical facilities.

Job Title: Electrician 4

Location: New Albany, OH

Pay Range: $33 to $36/hr

Schedule: 12-hour overnight shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday, onsite in New Albany, OH.

What's the Job?

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including power distribution systems, lighting systems, motors, VFDs, controllers, control panels, UPS systems, generators, and transfer equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities in alignment with CMMS work orders, standard operating procedures, and facility requirements.
• Support electrical systems serving manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and cleanroom environments while maintaining required documentation and compliance standards.
• Execute electrical work safely while following OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc flash safety practices, and site-specific safety programs.
• Accurately document work performed, update electrical system records, communicate system issues, and collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, vendors, and facility stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3-5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with electrical distribution systems, controls, motors, and VFDs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
• Working knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and NFPA standards.
• Basic computer skills and experience working with CMMS systems such as Maximo, Corrigo, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments, including climbing ladders, working at heights, and accessing confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, GMP, GxP, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting critical facilities, laboratories, warehouses, or cleanroom operations.
• Familiarity with UPS systems, generators, ATS equipment, and emergency power systems.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience working within a structured facilities management environment.
