Job summary

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing maintenance, handling tenant calls, and installing equipment as needed while maintaining clear communication on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC license (State of Florida) or applicable certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven experience with residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC units independently.
• Must have your own tools and equipment.
• EPA Certification preferred or required depending on scope.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and time management skills.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
