Job summary

Vassar & Company Properties is seeking experienced electricians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio in Tampa, Florida. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible, appointment-based scheduling based on service calls and renovation projects.

You will diagnose and repair electrical issues, install and upgrade systems, perform service calls for occupied and vacant properties, ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards, and communicate job status and findings

Qualifications

• Must have valid Florida electrician license.
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
• Experience in residential and/or light commercial electrical work.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems independently.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
