Job summary

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains & Electrical is growing its Annapolis team and seeks a Residential Electrician who loves solving problems and delivering high‑quality work for customers. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical systems, perform installations and NEC‑compliant upgrades, read blueprints, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction.

We offer competitive pay ($18–$35/hour with commission), a company vehicle, 2 weeks PTO, 7 holidays,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential electrical experience (wiring, repair, troubleshooting).
• Apprentice or Journeyman license preferred (but not required).
• Ability to read blueprints, run conduit, wire/terminate devices, and test systems.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and a true team player.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work safely at heights or outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clean background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities
