Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Run flexible conduit on chillers and perform point-to-point wiring.
• Understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Identify and resolve wiring issues to minimize downtime and ensure quality.
• Distinguish wire colors and read numbers on wires.
• Conduct End of Line Testing to verify wiring system integrity.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Continuously improve wiring processes and techniques for efficiency.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists.
• Participate in basic problem solving and lean activities.
