Aerotek is seeking an Electrical Winding Assembler in Milwaukie, OR. The role focuses on windings for electric motors in a clean, daytime environment with four ten-hour shifts (Mon-Thu). You will operate winding machines, perform hand assembly, and review assembly drawings using computers for instructions.

The position is Contract to Hire with direct hire benefits available to eligible employees. Pay is $20.00 per hour with full on-site responsibilities and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production assembly.
• Ability to perform precise hand assembly with steady hands.
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windings for electric motors per instructions.
• Operate winding machines to shape wire coils to specs.
• Perform precise hand assembly of small parts.
• Follow digital work instructions using a computer.
• Inspect components for quality and address issues.
• Maintain organized workstation and safe production practices.
