Job summary

Nidec is seeking production staff to operate equipment and assemble windings for electrical motors. A high school diploma or GED is required, with duties performed under supervision and clear work instructions. You’ll join a team focused on quality and safety, with on-site shifts and competitive entry pay.

Starting rates are $21.83–$25.67 per hour with scheduled increases and a sign-on bonus. Benefits include 401k, paid holidays and vacation, and shift premiums.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and performs winding assembly tasks.
• Prepares cores, installs parts, and ensures tolerances are met.
• Maintains safety and housekeeping in the work area.
• Reports to supervisor or team leader as needed.
